The Geauga County Board of Mental Health and Recovery Services provides ParenTalk FREE to all new parents in Geauga County. If you know of someone who is becoming a first-time parent or whose first child is below the age of 4-1/2, suggest Parentalk.

ParenTalk is a newsletter available free to all first time parents in the Geauga County community with children ages newborn to five years. ParenTalk issues are sent every other month during the first two years, quarterly in the third year and twice a year for children ages 4 and 5. Each year parents receive newsletters developed to provide information specifically about children in their child's age group. Some issues give advice about food issues, discipline, stress relief for parents, and managing other children. These unique newsletters give parents a new perspective on parenting issues and parents report that the advice given is invaluable.

If you would like to receive the ParenTalk newsletter, please contact the Mental Health Association in Geauga County at (440)285-3945.

ParenTalk is published by the Mental Health Association of Franklin County.
